Visual References are preferred but not mandatory. If references are unavailable, please provide a clear description of your desired output for a smoother workflow.

Outputs will be completed in the styles presented as they comfortably within my skill level. Please be advised that requesting for a commission that I am unable to complete to a satisfactory level for either of us will be rejected. I may be convinced the emulate a different style if it's reasonably within my level of skill.

I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse a request for any reason, including but not limited to

Inappropriate themes such as cruel violence, extreme NSFW, hateful representation of any groups, and many other unacceptable topics.

I am unable to complete your request with my current level of skill.

Inappropriate behavior from the client. I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission should I feel uncomfortable with the ongoing transaction.

I do NOT give consent for my art to be used for any type of work related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI.

Final output will be saved as PNG and the resolution will may vary depending on the selected style. I am willing to negotiate the final output size to better suit the needs of the client, as well as whether or not the commission will have a transparent background.

A work on a commission can take a while to ensure good quality, minimum of a week or so. Updates will be provided after each phase of drawing (Sketch, Line Art, Coloring, Finishing Touches). However please keep in mind that the complexity of the request may extend this expected timeframe. Other factors should also be taken into account, such as health concerns, real life emergencies, or internet/electrical outages. I will do my best to inform ahead of time if any significant event will have an impact on service delivery.

Adjustments, corrections, and additional requests are welcomed during the beginning stages of the commission, but larger scale changes may incur an additional fee. Such changes include, but are not limited to

Redrawing any part of the illustration.

Notable edits or changes for the background.

"Change of mind" or deciding to do a different composition/pose. (This will incur an entirely new transaction altogether.)

All that being said, please do not hesitate to inform me if there is anything you are unhappy about with regards to the commission. At the end of the day, I aim to satisfy the client to the best of my ability.

I, the artist, reserve the right to share the final output (at a lower resolution) to any of my social media platforms unless negotiated beforehand not to do so. Therefore the client, in turn, is aware of the possibility that a third-party may save the image for their own personal use.

You, the client, reserve the right to print, use the artwork for its intended purpose, and share to any of your social media platforms (preferably with credit.)

Unless negotiated beforehand, the client does NOT have the right to sell, reproduce, or claim the artwork as their own. I, the artist, do NOT give my consent for any artworks I produce to be used for Artificial Intelligence or Cryptocurrency blockchain technologies. I also do not condone having my artwork modified in such a way that would change the context of the piece in a hateful or inappropriate manner. Failure to comply with these terms may incur a penalty at my discretion, including but not limited to.

Revoking the commissioner's rights to access the full resolution of the artwork.

Denying the commissioner from any future interactions, negotiations, or transactions. Some leeway will be allowed, for a penalty fee. Repeat offenders will be permanently blacklisted from requesting commissions entirely.

Purchasing commercial rights will come at a starting price of 300% of the original price or a share of the profits in royalties. Either option will be open for negotiation as long as I will be fairly compensated for my work. These rights include

The right to sell and reproduce the artwork for merchandising purposes.

Payments are accepted strictly through Paypal only. Bank transfers, wire transfers, or check payments will not be accepted.

An invoice will be sent to the commissioner's email address once the initial draft has been approved. Work on the commission will continue only when full payment has been received. Partial payments are strictly NOT accepted.

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis to determine the necessity. Please be advised that even in the event that a refund would be approved, only partial refunds may be honored as payments are only requested after the initial draft has been approved by the commissioner. The non-refunded portion is taken as payment for the work completed for the draft.

By submitting a payment with respect to the requested artwork, the commissioner agrees to all of the terms and conditions listed above.
